The Company manufactures
corporate brand products for the largest retailers in each of the three major
retail sectors in the US and Canadian marketplaces; as well as many other
national and regional retailers.
The Company's Corporate Brand strategy is to manufacture national brand
equivalent products, the company also offers unique and differentiated products
& product features such as diaper changing pads, wetness indicators,
Uni-Cuff™ leakage barriers, and the Dri-Lock™ acquisition layer. The Company is
constantly focused on providing excellent customer service and building close
working relationships with its customers.

Products
AHP Proprietary Products
The two core AHP proprietary
brands are Drypers® and Fitti®. They are sold predominantly in the grocery
sector. Drypers is a premium quality, feature driven ultra diaper that is value
priced. Fitti is a basic feature ultra diaper that is priced economically. Both
labels have multiple diaper sizes and package sizes in disposable baby diapers
and disposable training pants.
The Company utilizes marketing strategies focused on strong profit margins
for the retailers and high quality diapers at an excellent value for consumers.
These strategies include nationally targeted consumer promotions (direct mail,
print media), local tactical consumer and trade promotions (direct mail, ROP
support, Consumer Shows, Trade Shows), and trade promotion support through the
retailers. The Company uses a combination of direct sales and brokerage
representation to market and facilitate distribution of the Company's products
to sell and market the company's products.

Adult Incontinence Products
In this segment, AHP has one
proprietary brand called Certainty®. Certainty® is sold predominantly in the
institutional market. The greater portion of the Company's adult incontinence
sales are in the corporate brand sector to both the retail and institutional
markets. The Company produces a complete range of disposable adult briefs,
offering a wide range of product sizes and feature options and some youth
incontinent pants. The Company was first to market adult briefs in the U.S.
market with no-tear taping surfaces, cloth-like breathable covers, inner leak
barriers etc. to the retail and institutional markets. By reducing manufacturing
costs and improving efficiencies, the Company will continue its focus on premium
products at economical prices, setting a high "value" standard in this sector.
