Recent Sales History & Drypers Corporation AcquisitionsIn 2001 AHP purchased the assets of Drypers Corporation following their announced bankruptcy in October 2000, substantially increasing the sales of the company in North America. The integration of the acquisition was successfully completed in Q1 2002 and the combined Net Sales for Year End 2002 were in excess of 160 million.
