AHP is a wholly owned subsidiary of Disposable Soft Goods International (DSG) and has been in operation since 1984, with headquarter in Duluth, Georgia. AHP North America has over 350 employees.

Disposable Soft Goods International (DSG), a pioneer in the disposable diaper industry, is a manufacturing company originally established in Hong Kong in 1972. Currently, DSG operates eight manufacturing companies worldwide, located in the USA, UK, Peoples Republic of China (2), Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia. The company primarily manufactures baby diapers, training pants, and adult incontinence products.

AHP has two manufacturing facilities in the United States that are located in Marion, OH and Vancouver, WA; and is the fourth largest manufacturer of disposable baby diapers and training pants and the second largest corporate brand manufacturer in the United States with it's products in national distribution across the United States and Canada. AHP manufactures products for all major retail sectors of the marketplace; Mass, Grocery, Drug and Dollar Stores

Recent Sales History & Drypers Corporation Acquisitions

In 2001 AHP purchased the assets of Drypers Corporation following their announced bankruptcy in October 2000, substantially increasing the sales of the company in North America. The integration of the acquisition was successfully completed in Q1 2002 and the combined Net Sales for Year End 2002 were in excess of 160 million.
