Bob joined our team in July 2002 as the Vice President of Operations. He has proven experience in the paper and packaging industries with 17 years at Procter & Gamble in their Paper Products Division (Pampers & Luv's Baby Diaper Divisions) where he held positions in operations, engineering and project management. Following his time at P&G, he spent four years as the Director of Operations for Graphic Packaging Corporation (Coors Packaging) and then five years as the Operations Manager for the Paper Division of Watkins Engineers & Constructors. He was also the Vice President for Product R&D and Engineering at Paper Pak. He has an Engineering Degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
