In June 2006 Rusty joined AHP as the Corporate Director of Product Management and Development. He has an established career in the disposable baby diaper and nonwovens industries. Rusty has worked for Procter & Gamble for 5+ years both domestically and internationally within their baby diaper businesses, as well as GEVAS Packaging and Engineering in Germany as an R&D Engineering Manager. He has also spent 6 years at Concert Industries serving as Vice President of Manufacturing and subsequently joined Nice-Pak Products as Vice President Operations. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
