Description:
The Materials Development Analyst manages supplier technical resources/information in conjunction with AHP product and process requirements to optimize value.
Qualifications:
- In depth understanding of value analysis pertaining to the purchasing of raw materials and packaging
- In depth understanding of Purchasing principles and material, product, and/or process evaluation methods
- Broad understanding of Supply Chain Management principles
- Understanding of Financial principles and of Quality System principles and statistical/data analysis techniques
- Understanding of Product Development principles
- Demonstrates understanding of value in partnering with suppliers to accomplish tasks
- Excellant verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates high degree of Proficiency in MS Office
- Proven ability to work effectively in multifunctional groups
- General understanding of data storage and data reporting
